Front desk was friendly and welcoming. The hotel is very clean and updated. Our room was comfortable and the bathroom was bright and filled with nice smelling soaps. Breakfast was delicious and the menu varied everyday during our 4 days stay. The hotel is conveniently located near a very nice Chilis and Aldi’s. The location is great as all the attractions (Breakers and Marble Hill mansions, Cliff Walk, Wharf) is a short drive away (about 15 mins). My family and I enjoyed our stay here very much!

The hotel staff was friendly and very helpful. The room was clean and spacious. The location was great because it has so many restaurants nearby. It was 10 minutes driving from downtown Newport and all the mansions.

Breakfast each morning was great. The breakfast had a nice variety each morning. The front desk staff were polite and did what they could.

The breakfast selection was normal hotel fair but the attendant was really on top of everything, refreshing coffee, hot foods and keeping everything clean and neat. I was impressed as how the entire staff helped at breakfast. I saw the manager clean a spill spot on the floor, a housekeeping girl picked up my paper trash as I finished my coffee. The cold juice dispenser failed one morning and three people tried to get it back in service. You don't see that often.

The pool was clean and well maintained. The breakfast was plentiful and the staff was beyond accommodating.

The staff is the asset of this hotel: everyone was patient, accommodating, and eager to help or exchange a quick talk. We felt beyond pampered and would love to come back soon. Traveling with two little kids, we appreciate having the bedroom separated from the living room, the clean bathtub and the quiet swimming pool, the basic amenities including a fridge, coffee machine, and a microwave. We enjoyed the spacious rooms and the comfortable table to share our meals on including breakfast from the buffet downstairs. With raging Covid variants, it made a huge difference to keep our distance and feel safe. Everyone from the personnel had their masks on and we are grateful for it.

The hotel and our room were very comfortable and clean! The bed was very comfortable and I absolutely love the soft sheets! The free breakfast looked very good, however we were meeting friends for breakfast so only enjoyed a cup of coffee. It was a good location to the local wineries we were there to visit. The staff at the front desk were very friendly, with a quick check-in and out.
